Our mission is to support the Char Fasson orphanage in its efforts to graduate young men who can become strong social and economic pillars in the community, thereby breaking the local cycle of poverty. We will provide a fund raising mechanism whereby contributions can be channeled to improve health, educational, and vocational opportunities available to boys at the orphanage. In addition, we will provide financial and planning support in the orphanage’s efforts to become financially self-sustaining. Our mission, however, is not limited to the orphanage itself, and includes a vision of improving overall community health and development through the possibility of a girls’ orphanage and other community-led initiatives.
